For a duo, send the address, date, preferred start time and what both tans are for. The £50 Glow Duo base price applies to two full-body tans during the same visit at one address. Travel is confirmed separately where needed. If one person wants a different service or there are more than two people, describe that clearly so Francesca can confirm the real duration and price.

For a group, include the number of people, whether everyone wants a full-body tan, the event or departure time and any hard deadline for finishing. Do not book a single slot and add several people on arrival. Setup is efficient, but consultation, application, changing and rinse instructions still take time for each person.

Share the room, keep privacy

Prepare one clear appointment area

Choose a warm private room with clear floor space for the pop-up tent and a simple route from the door. One person can use the room while the others wait somewhere separate. Decide how changing will work without people walking through the setup or feeling rushed.

Keep pets and young children safely away from the equipment during applications. Move drinks, bags and fragile belongings away. Each person should prepare their own loose dark clothing, footwear and hair tie rather than relying on one shared set of items.

Agree an order that fits the evening

The first person sprayed begins developing while the next appointment takes place. That can affect meals, bathroom use, travel and when each person can rinse. If the group has different departure times, tell Francesca so the order can be practical.

Everyone should arrive with skin prepared: exfoliation and hair removal completed in advance where practical, and no moisturiser, body oil, perfume or deodorant on the spray areas. One unprepared person can delay the whole visit, so share the checklist before the date.

A group should not assume everyone needs the same colour depth or solution. Francesca speaks to each person about their plans, skin and preferred finish. Some may use different rinse instructions, which should be recorded separately rather than remembered as one group time.

Protect each tan after application

Everyone needs loose clothing and a plan to stay dry until their instructed rinse. Avoid exercise, washing up, rain, tight seating, swimming and rubbing during development. If the group is travelling together immediately afterwards, allow comfortable space and avoid fitted event outfits.

At the first rinse, use lukewarm water, do not scrub and pat dry. Moisturise when the skin is clean and dry. The guide colour washing away is expected. Colour and wear can vary between people because skin, preparation, solution, first-rinse timing and aftercare are individual.
